Surrender, let silence have you. Surrender to the source, Surrender to Awareness, this is the only place of protection, surrender your heart and you will know all.
Go beyond everything and anything. Dont collect anything. Remember you are the inner pure awareness only. All that aries are appearances in consciousness.
Awareness is all about restoring your freedom to choose what you want instead of what your past imposes on you.
Feelings, by themselves, do not create problems. It is rather the tendency to interpret and analyze them. When, out of habit you believe those interpretations, it is there where suffering begins.
Just be quiet inside yourself, dont bother about knowing how things should be and simply begin observing without prejudice, projections or desires. Notice how life flows on its own accord. Nothing here is a chaos, but a harmony. You are already inside this flow.
The ultimate creator wanted to experience duality from every single view and aspect in the universe. We are sparks in an infinite reality. We are one. We are the cause of the pain and cause of our Happiness.
Now Free yourself and allow your healing to begin and see that we are all one.
